2. Services

• Colorise provides a platform for creating, accessing, and downloading coloring pages.
• Users may purchase credits that can be redeemed to generate coloring pages.
• All use is for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including use of credits, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Some coloring pages are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) services.
• AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. We cannot guarantee that results will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
• You may print and use generated coloring pages for personal use, but Colorise retains ownership of the platform and underlying technology.
• Because AI may produce unexpected or undesirable results, Colorise disclaims liability for reliance on or use of AI outputs.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for credits or premium features are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, app stores).
• All purchases of credits are final. Credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable once delivered to your account.
• If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with digital consumer protections, you acknowledge and agree that by purchasing credits you request immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
• Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled.
• We are not responsible for unused credits, except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use Colorise for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Services.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

7. Disclaimers

• AI-generated content may sometimes produce unexpected or undesirable results.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, except where overridden by applicable consumer protection laws.
